Hill is not subject to confidentiality or attorney-client privilege and you should treat any such communications as non-confidential. Do not send any information in your e-mail that is, or that you wish to be treated as, confidential.
By your agreement to these terms, you agree that we may review any information that you transmit to us. You recognize that our review of your information, even if it is highly confidential and even if it is transmitted in a good faith effort to retain us, does not preclude us from representing another client directly adverse to you, even in a matter where that information could and will be used against you.
