Please read this carefully before sending your e-mail:

Email is not a secure means of communication.  By sending this e-mail, you acknowledge that you will not become a client of The Law Office of Christopher G. Hill, PC (the “Firm”) merely by sending this e-mail or by the Firm’s receipt of it. The Firm will not accept any representation solely by having been contacted by e-mail. Any information you send to the Firm before an attorney-client relationship is expressly acknowledged by the Firm by a written representation agreement after a full check for conflicts of interest will not be considered confidential or protected by the attorney-client relationship.

Therefore, when communicating with the Firm via email or website form, do not disclose any confidential information. Any unsolicited communication by e-mail to the Firm or to Christopher G. Hill is not subject to confidentiality or attorney-client privilege and you should treat any such communications as non-confidential.  Do not send any information in your e-mail that is, or that you wish to be treated as, confidential.

By your agreement to these terms, you agree that we may review any information that you transmit to us.  You recognize that our review of your information, even if it is highly confidential and even if it is transmitted in a good faith effort to retain us, does not preclude us from representing another client directly adverse to you, even in a matter where that information could and will be used against you.
